Senior Azure Data Architect – GenAI / RAG / Agentic AI
12-month contract | Full Remote | Full Time
We are looking for a Senior Azure Data Architect with strong enterprise Azure Data Platform experience and real production experience supporting GenAI, RAG or Agentic AI applications.
This is a Data Architecture role, not an AI developer position.
Key requirements:
Strong Azure Data Architecture experience
Azure Cosmos DB – essential
Production experience with RAG / GenAI / Agentic AI data architecture
Azure Synapse Analytics
Azure Databricks
Azure SQL / SQL Server / T-SQL
Azure Data Lake / Lakehouse
Azure Functions
Data modelling and data ingestion
Structured and unstructured data
Metadata/configuration-driven ingestion
Strong architecture ownership
Candidates should have real project experience designing how enterprise data is ingested, stored, governed and made available for AI/RAG applications.
Contract: 12 months
Workload: Full-time
Location: Fully remote
Working hours: CET / UK time zone
Preferred locations: EU, Balkans, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Moldova. LATAM candidates may also be considered if they can work UK hours.
