Role & Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and optimize toothpaste formulations using functional ingredients for whitening, sensitivity relief, enamel repair, or gum health.
Conduct stability, viscosity, pH, and sensory evaluations to ensure performance, shelf life, and consumer acceptability.
Collaborate with packaging, marketing, and regulatory teams to align formulation specs with brand positioning and local compliance.
Lead ingredient sourcing and supplier vetting for raw materials, prioritizing performance, cost, and sustainability.
Document formulation trials, scale-up parameters, and batch records to ensure reproducibility and regulatory audit readiness.
Stay ahead of global oral care trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging raw material technologies to drive innovation.
