Role Description The Relationship Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. In this position, the individual will support client relationship managers by assisting with account onboarding, documentation, and routine service requests. Daily responsibilities include responding to client queries, coordinating with internal teams for seamless trade execution and service delivery, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves educating clients on available investment products and digital platforms, ensuring timely communication of relevant market updates and operational information. The Relationship Associate will also contribute to client retention initiatives, follow compliance guidelines, and help identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong client service and relationship management skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a customer-focused mindset.
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with the ability to explain basic market concepts and offerings to clients.
Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, record-keeping, and the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Office and digital trading or investment platforms, and be comfortable working with technology-based tools.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in brokerage, wealth management, or financial services support roles will be an advantage.
Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and maintaining confidentiality of client information is essential.
