Channel Support Officer – Training, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with franchises and Master Trainers and ensure smooth training operations.
• Plan and coordinate training programs on time.
• Manage and maintain training-related software and teacher data accurately.
• Coordinate training arrangements and ensure quality of food and other training requirements.
• Act as the front-facing support for Course Instructors, Master Trainers and franchises, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Maintain patience and professionalism while interacting with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
• Support activities and responsibilities assigned by the other superior / Management.
Candidate Profile
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work with training software.
• Patience and a calm approach are essential, particularly while handling franchise owners.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend mandatory office events.
