Rho Nutrition is looking for a Senior Video Editor based in Argentina to create compelling video ads that drive results.
You should know how to turn raw footage into an ad that grabs attention, communicates a clear benefit, and converts. Experience editing performance ads is essential, along with VFX or animation skills. Agency experience is a bonus.
What you’ll do
Edit performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
Turn creator content, expert interviews, podcast footage, and product footage into effective ads.
Build strong hooks, clear narratives, and compelling product demonstrations.
Use VFX, animation, and motion graphics to explain product benefits and elevate creative.
Create variations to test different hooks, messaging, pacing, and formats.
Collaborate with our creative strategists to translate briefs and performance insights into stronger edits.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
What we’re looking for
A strong portfolio of performance ads, ideally for DTC or ecommerce brands.
An understanding of direct response creative, including hooks, retention, objection handling, and calls to action.
VFX or animation experience, with examples of how you’ve incorporated these into video content.
Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software, plus After Effects or comparable tools.
Strong instincts for pacing, sound design, typography, and visual storytelling.
The ability to work independently, contribute creative ideas, and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
Strong English communication skills and confidence editing English-language content.
Bonus points
Experience working at a creative or performance marketing agency.
Experience with health, wellness, or supplement brands.
Experience using ad performance data to guide creative iterations.
3D animation or product visualization skills.
