Our firm represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Serving hundreds of thousands of clients in litigation and arbitration, we have prosecuted high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases. Our firm also acts as plaintiffs’ counsel in high-stakes public-enforcement actions. Purpose: The Training Specialist is responsible for designing and conducting onboarding and training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with Keller Postman’s core values. This individual will work closely with the Training & QA Manager and, under their guidance, assess training needs, design, and deliver curriculum and learning materials for all phases of training from onboarding to continuing professional development.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Lake Mary, Florida, office. Compensation for the position includes an annual base salary of $72,000 to $82,000, commensurate with experience, plus the role is eligible for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, define learning goals, and determine when training is the right solution.
Design training from initial needs assessment through development, delivery, and evaluation. Write measurable learning objectives and align content, practice activities, and assessments with those objectives.
Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials, including facilitator guides, presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, simulations, and knowledge checks.
Apply adult learning principles by building on employees’ experience, using realistic workplace scenarios, allowing time for practice, and providing useful feedback.
Facilitate interactive sessions for audiences with different roles, experience levels, and learning needs.
Use learning technology confidently, including learning management systems, e-learning authoring tools, virtual classroom platforms, and multimedia tools. Publish and maintain content, track completions, and use available learning data to identify improvements.
Help employees and facilitators use learning tools and troubleshoot routine access or delivery issues.
Evaluate training through feedback, assessments, and relevant performance measures-update materials when findings or business processes change.
Manage training schedules, records, and multiple projects while keeping materials accurate and current.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of corporate learning experience
Experience designing and facilitating workplace training in both live and digital formats.
Knowledge of and demonstrable ability to apply instructional design methods, adult learning principles, and ways to assess whether learning has transferred to the job.
Experience using a learning management system and e-learning authoring tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Strong presentation, writing, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to simplify complex information and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and leaders.
Comfort facilitating in-person and virtual sessions and resolving common learning technology issues.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Professional Training & Development Learning Certifications (such as Association for Talent Development Certified Professional in Talent Development or Associate Professional in Talent Development; Training Industry Certified Professional in Training Management; International Society for Performance Improvement Certified Performance Technologist; Management and Strategy Institute Corporate Trainer Certified; and Six Sigma Global Institute Corporate Trainer Certification)
Interview Process
Candidates who make it to the final round of interviews will be expected to create and facilitate a short presentation with a training aid.
