🚨 We’re Hiring | Finance Controller | Gurgaon
Are you a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience and looking for a role where you can take real ownership of finance?
We are looking for a Finance Controller to join a growing organisation in Gurgaon, reporting directly to the CFO / CEO.
This is a hands-on finance leadership role — not just an accounting position.
What will you be responsible for?
🔹 Lead day-to-day financial and accounting operations
🔹 Drive month-end closing and ensure timely & accurate books
🔹 Prepare MIS and management reporting for senior management
🔹 Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax and applicable accounting regulations
🔹 Manage and mentor a small finance team
🔹 Coordinate with statutory, tax and internal auditors
🔹 Support management with financial analysis and business insights
🔹 Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
What are we looking for?
✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
✅ 3–5 years post-qualification experience across any industry
✅ Strong knowledge of GST and Indian Income Tax provisions
✅ Hands-on experience in accounting, MIS and month-end closing
✅ Experience in managing a small team
✅ Strong analytical and commercial orientation
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics
Good to have
⭐ SAP – particularly FI/CO or any ERP experience
⭐ Exposure to Ind AS / Indian Accounting Standards
⭐ Experience dealing with external auditors
⭐ Excel automation / Macros / Power BI
⭐ Process improvement and automation mindset
