Group Home Supervisor

Eagle Quest is seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Group Home Supervisor to lead and support our team of Home Support Specialists in a group home setting. This role is critical to the day-to-day success of our group home treatment program, which serves foster youth with higher levels of care needs. The Group Home Supervisor oversees program operations, ensures quality service delivery, and helps create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. The role also acts as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring coordination of care and compliance with behavioral health standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Home Support Specialists
Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately and assist with scheduling
Support trauma-informed, person-centered services to youth in the program
Coordinate referrals, intake processes, and the scheduling of behavioral health services
Monitor documentation for accuracy and compliance with Medicaid and licensing standards
Train, onboard, and mentor staff using in-person sessions and our Relias Learning Management System
Partner with community agencies, family members, and stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
Respond to incidents and support de-escalation efforts in crisis situations
Work closely with Management to meet program goals and regulatory requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (required)
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children and families in behavioral health, child welfare, juvenile justice, or a related field
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and youth development
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to pass an FBI and Nevada State background check (required)
Valid Nevada driver’s license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Medicaid documentation and residential licensing requirements
Knowledge of child welfare and juvenile justice systems
Clinical or behavioral health experience within a residential care setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and digital scheduling tools
