Specialized is seeking a motivated and talented Delivery Manager to join our Global Retail Technology team in Morgan Hill, CA. This individual works with business partners, digital product managers, quality assurance engineers, and technical engineers to define the scope of features, interpret the business needs and technical aspects, create technical and non-technical documentation, organize and facilitate testing, and represent both the partners and developers. HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Act as the primary liaison between Business, Analyst and technical teams, ensuring objectives and outcomes are aligned.
Build and maintain productive, respectful relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-value outcomes.
Analyze and evaluate business needs, providing scalable and effective solutions to meet objectives.
Manage team member expectations and ensure communication throughout the implementation of technical solutions
Develop detailed user stories/use cases, process flows, data flows, and scenarios to define functional requirements.
Conduct workshops with multiple team members from communication, technology, business and vendor teams. Concisely document their outcome. Gather data and business system requirements via phone, e-mail, web and onsite requirements gathering sessions.
Solve complex business problems using analytical skills, clearly articulating the "why" and "what" of proposed solutions.
Work with product management, Analyst, engineering, & UX to identify and unblock dependencies and constraints that might impact the delivery of initiatives
Summarizes and communicates testing outcomes in meaningful ways as well as tracking any outstanding action items to completion
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices are consistently followed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:
5+ year's experience as a Technical Program Manager, Business Analyst, Project Management, or Operations role for a consumer goods company.
Proven experience working with multi-functional teams, including program management, product management, and engineering.
Deep understanding of software development/product lifecycles and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong ability to plan, resource, and deliver complex technical projects with precision and efficiency.
Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and achieve goals.
Experience supporting and guiding team members to enhance their skills and performance.
A high level of energy, passion, and enthusiasm for outdoor lifestyles, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to the brand’s mission.
WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
Experience with development of cloud based systems (PaaS, SaaS, POS or mobile)
Experience with custom application server development and database management
Experience with Jira and Confluence
PMP Certification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience

PAY
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($137,000 - $198,000)
*At Specialized, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience, skills, certification, and location.
