You develop people. The best Site Managers build Assistant Site Managers and Shift Leads who are ready for more.
You solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. Silence creates confusion. Leadership creates direction.
You are comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active, outdoor environment and willing to be present where the work happens.
Prior management experience in car wash, retail, restaurant, service, or field operations preferred. A track record of ownership matters more than a specific industry.

Base Pay Range
$55,000.00 - $75,200.00
