Role Description The Chartered Accountant Partner will oversee audit assignments, taxation matters, and financial advisory projects, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, guiding teams on statutory and internal audits, and advising clients on tax planning, GST, and corporate law issues. The role involves managing client relationships, participating in business development, and contributing to strategic decisions for the growth of the firm. The Partner will mentor team members, ensure quality control across engagements, and maintain documentation and reporting standards. This is an on-site role based in Rudrapur.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant with valid membership in the relevant professional body and strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
Experience in statutory audit, internal audit, and assurance services, including planning, execution, and review of audit engagements.
Expertise in direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, and tax compliance, along with exposure to tax planning and representation.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and advisory services, with the ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with corporate and commercial laws, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements for various types of entities.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and build long-term professional relationships.
Comfort with accounting and audit software, Microsoft Office tools, and maintaining accurate digital records and working papers.
Prior experience at a senior level in a CA firm or in an equivalent financial leadership role, preferably with exposure to diverse industries.
