Position Summary
We’re looking for a Product Specialist & Implementation Manager who combines strong MRI and CT knowledge with a passion for teaching, problem-solving, and helping customers succeed.
Working closely with our Chief Innovation Officer, this person will develop deep expertise in ScanLab and ImagingU and help translate our technology, imaging expertise, and learning methodology into successful customer programs.
You will work directly with education and clinical customers to understand what they are trying to accomplish and help develop implementation plans that integrate ScanLab and ImagingU into their curricula, training, cross-training, and workforce-development programs.
You will also serve as one of ScanLab’s primary product demonstration resources, bringing technical and imaging credibility to prospective customers, existing customers, strategic partners, and industry events.
Over time, you will play an increasingly important role in helping us develop repeatable implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices that allow ScanLab to scale.
What You’ll Do
Develop deep expertise in ScanLab and ImagingU and serve as a trusted product and imaging resource
Work closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to translate customer goals into effective implementation, training, and learning plans
Help educational institutions and healthcare organizations integrate ScanLab and ImagingU into their curricula, training, cross-training, and workforce-development programs
Support customer implementations, including kickoffs, training, learner progress, and ongoing program development
Deliver compelling product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers and strategic partners
Partner with Sales and Account Management to provide deeper MRI/CT, product, and implementation expertise when needed
Help customers solve imaging and product-related problems and use performance data to improve learner outcomes
Capture customer insights, outcomes, and best practices and help develop repeatable implementation tools and methodologies with the Chief Innovation Officer
Represent ScanLab at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
What We’re Looking For
Required
Significant professional experience in medical imaging with strong knowledge of both MRI and CT
Strong understanding of imaging workflows, technologist development, and clinical practice
Experience training, educating, coaching, or developing imaging professionals
Ability to communicate credibly with technologists, educators, clinical managers, imaging leaders, and enterprise stakeholders
Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology and software platforms
Fluency in English
Ability to travel by plane and car for customer meetings, implementations, conferences, trade shows, and company events
Ability to work at a computer and stand at events or training sessions for extended periods
Preferred
Experience in both clinical and academic imaging environments
Experience developing or implementing imaging education, clinical training, or workforce-development programs
MRI and/or CT advanced certification
Experience with simulation, education technology, healthcare technology, or SaaS platforms
Experience supporting enterprise healthcare organizations or strategic industry partners
Fluency in one or more additional languages is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Customers have thoughtful, well-defined implementation plans built around what they are trying to accomplish
Education customers successfully integrate ScanLab and ImagingU into their curricula and learning programs
Clinical customers use ScanLab effectively within training, cross-training, competency, and workforce-development initiatives
Prospective customers receive credible, technically strong product demonstrations
Customers have access to deep MRI/CT expertise when they need it
Customer and learner insights consistently inform product and implementation improvements
ScanLab develops increasingly repeatable implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices
Over time, ScanLab develops greater capacity to deliver implementations and technical customer support without depending exclusively on the Chief Innovation Officer
