About the role
Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Meta2 Labs is a US-registered execution and growth orchestration firm that helps companies in the US and GCC deliver software, data, and go-to-market initiatives without the risk of building internal teams or managing multiple vendors. The firm operates as a single accountable execution partner, owning scope, coordination, delivery oversight, and outcomes. By leveraging vetted offshore and specialist partners, Meta2 Labs enables clients to scale efficiently across software and MVP execution, revenue and go-to-market, and offshore delivery orchestration. The company is outcome-focused rather than hours-based, emphasizing founder-level ownership, accountability, and partner-led execution without agency overhead. Meta2 Labs works best with founder-led organizations where execution, not ideas, is the primary bottleneck, and engages globally in partnership-driven, outcome-oriented collaborations.
Role Description As a Founder Office Intern (non-paid, part-time), you will support the founding team in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks in a remote setting. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, preparing briefs and summaries for founder meetings, and assisting with documentation related to client projects and internal initiatives. You will help organize and maintain workspaces, trackers, and communication channels across software, go-to-market, and delivery orchestration efforts. The internship also involves supporting partner coordination, drafting and refining presentations or internal memos, and helping with basic project follow-ups and status reporting. This internship role is designed to offer exposure to founder-level decision-making and execution in a lean, outcome-driven environment.

Interest in software, startups, go-to-market strategy, and execution-focused work with founder-led companies.
Ability to work independently, show initiative, and maintain confidentiality in founder-level discussions.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Data, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior internship or project experience in consulting, operations, product, or growth is beneficial but not required.
