About the Job You're Considering
Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment™ (ASE) combines a purpose-built physical space with a proven facilitation methodology to help clients accelerate alignment, decision-making, and action.
As an ASE Facilitator, you will design and lead immersive, multi-day experiences (DesignShops) that bring senior stakeholders together to solve complex business challenges, build shared clarity, and move work forward.
This role goes beyond traditional facilitation. You will create the conditions for “group genius”—helping diverse perspectives build on one another, break down barriers, and turn complexity into momentum.
The role is well suited for someone with executive expertise, creative thinking, human-centered instincts, curiosity about how people think and collaborate, and the humility to learn a distinctive methodology from the inside out while delivering approximately 20 DesignShops each year.
Your Role
Lead high-impact conversations with senior external and internal stakeholders
Plan, design, and facilitate multi-day DesignShops
Bring creative thinking to the design of participant experiences that help groups think differently and make meaningful progress
Create the conditions for productive collaboration by helping groups navigate complexity, ambiguity, and conflicting perspectives
Partner with cross-functional delivery teams throughout the DesignShop lifecycle
Align client and internal expectations before and after sessions to support clear outcomes and next steps
Collaborate comfortably with a highly skilled and diverse ASE team with multiple professional backgrounds including business, education, theater, visual arts, design, and consulting
Partner with Capgemini teams to position ASE capabilities and support business development efforts
Your Skills and Experience
Experience planning, designing, and facilitating group sessions, workshops or collaborative working sessions
Willingness to learn ASE methodology during an initial ~1-year apprenticeship and continue building mastery over time
Ability to set aside familiar ways of working and approach ASE methodology with a beginner’s mindset as a new craft
Comfort working in a creative, high-energy environment where successful ideas emerge visually, verbally, physically, experimentally, or through unconventional approaches
Strong executive presence, client engagement skills, and the ability to bring structure without overpowering the room
Ability to navigate ambiguity, remain flexible, and adapt in real-time
Highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Curiosity, open-mindedness, humility, and commitment to continuous learning
Ability to travel approximately 30%, based on client and DesignShop needs
Ability to work from the NY Penn Station office approximately four days per week
Experience with design thinking, systems thinking, experiential learning, or Montessori-inspired methods
Experience supporting business development, proposal development, solutioning, or sales lifecycle activities
Strong relationship management skills to educate the Capgemini community on ASE capabilities
Ability to quickly understand client business models, industry context, and strategic challenges
Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $88,544 - $281,842
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
