Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Gummadidala. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for scientific, technical, and corporate positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, manage job postings, and leverage multiple channels such as job boards, professional networks, and campus engagements. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates throughout the process, supporting offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive and compliant recruitment experience aligned with company policies and local regulations. The Recruiter will contribute to employer branding activities and recruitment process improvements to support Neuland’s growth and talent quality.
Qualifications
Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and online job platforms for candidate management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
Knowledge of recruitment practices for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing roles, including familiarity with technical job profiles.
Understanding of relevant labor laws, hiring compliance, and standard HR policies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics, generate reports, and recommend process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant recruitment or HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in corporate or agency recruitment, preferably within the life sciences or manufacturing sector.
Ability to work on-site in Gummadidala and engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
