Role Description In this full-time, on-site Hiring Executives role based in Mumbai, the individual will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The Hiring Executive will maintain candidate databases, support onboarding processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with YesMadam’s values and culture. The role also involves working closely with HR and operations teams to understand staffing needs, track hiring metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers and HR teams.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and common recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage candidate interactions effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple hiring requirements, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing candidate pipelines and documentation.
Understanding of basic HR practices, employment guidelines, and onboarding processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in recruitment or HR in services/startup environments is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging with teams across operations, technology, and franchise networks.
