Primary Purpose: Assist the Coordinator in guiding the overall performance of the child care center through strategic planning, evaluation of employees and implementation of programs. Assist the Director in supervising Child Care staff in all aspects of center operations. - Assist the Director in implementing a plan of action to ensure a safe and clean Child Care facility for members and their children. - On Call during child care centers operation hours except on holidays when the center is closed. Respect confidentiality of staff, parents, and children.
