Work collaboratively with program leadership to plan and conduct compliance, clinical or revenue focused audits designed to identify control gaps, process inefficiencies and regulatory adherence
• Root cause analysis techniques will be used to understand why control gaps occurred and work with management to create action plans that address control gaps, improve processes or maintain regulatory compliance
• Write concise, well written audit reports and work with management to verify action plans are complete.
