Responsibilities: This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill. They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
· Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
· High School Diploma or GED (helpful)
· Agricultural experience (helpful)
· Mechanical experience (helpful)
· Background in feed or animal production (helpful)
· Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
