Role Description As a Tech Intern (DSA & Problem-Solving) at HelpInPrep, you will contribute to our technical interview preparation initiatives by applying strong Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) knowledge and analytical thinking. You will solve challenging algorithmic problems, evaluate problem-solving approaches, and help develop and improve DSA-focused interview experiences for candidates. You may also assist in preparing technical problems, discussing optimal solutions, and identifying different approaches to solving interview questions.
Qualifications
Strong DSA fundamentals: Excellent understanding of arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, recursion, dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, sorting, searching, and time and space complexity.
Competitive programming experience: Good ratings or a strong performance profile on platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, AtCoder, or similar competitive programming platforms.
LeetCode practice: 500+ problems solved on LeetCode, with a strong understanding of problem-solving patterns and efficient solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze unfamiliar problems, develop optimized approaches, and explain the reasoning behind a solution.
Programming proficiency: Strong command of at least one programming language, such as Java, C++, or Python, for implementing DSA solutions.
Communication skills: Ability to explain algorithmic approaches and technical concepts clearly in English. Intermediate English proficiency is required.
Eligible candidates: College students, final-year students, recent graduates, and freshers passionate about DSA and competitive programming.
