Job Title: Jr. UX Researcher/Research Strategist
Location: Remote - EST or PST, __________
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: Fully remote
Pay: $20-$25/hr on W2
Role Summary
US-based UX Researchers act as study owners for execution, managing low-touch, survey-driven studies end to end using established templates and processes. The role emphasizes coordination, execution, and structured analysis, not deep qualitative research.
Key Responsibilities
Set up studies using standardized templates
Coordinate participant outreach (email-based)
Track allowlisting and activation status
Deploy surveys and monitor response rates
Aggregate and code survey responses
Identify patterns and flag notable trends
Draft initial study summaries for review
Support troubleshooting and issue triage

Advanced qualitative analysis
Design or UX recommendations
Ownership of final insight narratives
