Architect – Design, Planning & Construction Follow-up

About the Opportunity
TAZMUREL is supporting a professional organization in recruiting an Architect – Design, Planning & Construction Follow-up for residential development, villa, renovation, extension, and property improvement projects.
The role is remote-based and requires practical architectural experience, strong drawing capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and contractors throughout design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
Study land plots, dimensions, site conditions, and relevant design constraints.
Prepare practical design proposals that maximize efficient use of space.
Support residential buildings, villas, renovation, refurbishment, extension, and property modification projects.
Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Coordinate with contractors and provide architectural follow-up during execution.
Review architectural details, revisions, and site-related design issues.
Assist in contractor sourcing and technical evaluation when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
Preferably 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Revit and SketchUp are preferred.
Good experience preparing architectural and construction drawings.
Experience in residential and villa projects is preferred.
Renovation and extension experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
Arabic proficiency is required.
A professional Portfolio is required.
Previous experience with projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
Work Arrangement
Remote (From everywhere), with coordination of site visits when required.
Compensation
To be discussed with suitable candidates based on experience and engagement model.
