Role Description The Data Analyst role at PetsGo & PetsDoor Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Siwan. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources across the platform, including adoption activities, product sales, service usage, and customer interactions. This role involves performing exploratory and statistical analyses, building reports and dashboards, and generating insights to support product, operations, marketing, and customer support teams. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to translate business questions into data requirements, define KPIs, and monitor performance trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing visualizations, documenting findings, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to the improvement of data processes and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to business problems and performance measurement.
Candidates should possess Data Modeling skills to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting, analysis, and decision support.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to present findings, create reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) and familiarity with at least one analytical programming language (e.g., Python or R) is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge in pet care and digital platforms are highly valued.
