Data Analyst, Security (Partner & Field): Job Description
Role Summary
Support the Security partner and field organizations with accurate, well-structured data that drives decisions. Working with the data lead, you'll build and maintain data solutions, bring partner and field data together into one view, and turn manual processes into scalable, reliable reporting.
1. Partner Data & Systems
Work with the data lead to design and build solutions within the organization's data platform.
Partner with key stakeholders, including the Strategy Lead, Program Manager, and vendor data analysts, to set tooling priorities and build what's needed.
Support partner onboarding through data collection, validation, and system setup.
Manage data for partner summits and events, keeping CRM and engagement records accurate and current.
Move manual data pulls and pushes to automated, repeatable processes aligned with the organization's engagement model.
2. Field Enablement & Readiness
Provide data support to role pods across pre-sales and post-sales teams.
Track technical skilling and overall readiness, including accuracy of course readiness reports.
Help leadership understand what the field needs and what's working.
3. Data Rigor & Integration
Work with leadership to access, route, and analyze data based on business needs and objectives.
Be the "eyes" on key data, making sure partner and field data connect cleanly into a single, trusted view.
Capture and reconcile engagement data, such as virtual meeting attendance and participation.
Overlay datasets to surface insights and support scalable reporting.
4. Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for partner and field stakeholders.
Deliver clear, accurate insights that guide planning and execution.
Improve reporting processes continuously for scale and efficiency.
Experience
3–5 years in a data analyst, business intelligence, or similar role.
Proven experience supporting partner, sales, or field organizations with data and reporting.
Track record of automating manual data processes and building scalable reporting.
Required Skills
A data-first mindset with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Power BI for reporting and insights.
Power Platform experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and turn business needs into data solutions.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems, and partner or field operations.
Experience with Scout and Cowork.
Exposure to pre-sales and post-sales readiness or skilling programs.
Background in the security or technology industry.
