Embedded Systems Engineer at BairesDev
As an Embedded Systems Engineer, you will develop the foundational software that powers next-generation devices across the IoT, automotive, and industrial sectors. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, ensuring that firmware is highly optimized, reliable, and capable of operating under real-time constraints.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop robust firmware and embedded software for a variety of hardware platforms.
- Implement and tune real-time operating systems to ensure system stability.
- Develop and maintain efficient device drivers to facilitate seamless communication between software and hardware components.
- Conduct low-level debugging and performance optimization using hardware abstraction layers and system-level tools.
- Program microcontrollers and manage embedded Linux environments to support complex device functionalities.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, or Systems Programming.
- Proven expertise in building firmware and embedded software for IoT, automotive, or industrial devices.
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience with embedded Linux or RTOS like FreeRTOS and Zephyr.
- Hands-on experience with microcontroller programming, device drivers, and low-level debugging.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
