Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Process Associate will handle daily tasks involving business process outsourcing and revenue cycle management. Responsibilities include analyzing data, assisting with financial processes, providing customer support, and ensuring operational efficiency in alignment with company objectives. Collaboration within a team and effective communication will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients
Knowledge of Finance and experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) processes
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology required for revenue cycle management
