We operate as strategic advisors to hiring leaders, combining market insights, proactive sourcing, inclusive hiring practices, and operational rigor to deliver strong outcomes for candidates and the business—at scale.
As a VP Product & Design Recruiting Relationship Manager, you will be a hands-on, full-cycle recruiter focused on Executive Director (ED) Product and Design searches. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.

Serve as the primary Recruiting Relationship Manager (RM) for aligned Product and Design leader groups; establish operating rhythms, manage senior stakeholder expectations and escalations, and provide clear hiring strategy, market insights, and pipeline guidance.
Drive role calibration with hiring leaders (profiles, competencies, leveling alignment, interview plans, timelines, assessment expectations) to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
Build and maintain proactive and diverse pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach; present structured candidate slates and assessments with recommendations.
Own requisition management and governance, including prioritization, hiring pauses/holds, and reprioritization changes, ensuring controls, compliance, and process rigor.
Deliver Team Hiring Updates and a consolidated monthly update by the 16th (with all partner inputs); establish and automate reporting where applicable.
Lead best-practice optimization across hiring workflows (intake quality, interview discipline, assessment consistency, communications) and manage feedback loops to improve client satisfaction.
Handle special requests and ad hoc stakeholder needs while identifying, tracking, and resolving risks/issues across the recruiting lifecycle.
Invest in professional development to deepen Product/Design market expertise, inclusive hiring practices, and advisory impact.
Demonstrate proficiency in AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows (e.g., talent market mapping, sourcing optimization, candidate engagement, and funnel analytics) to improve speed, quality, and consistency while adhering to firm controls, privacy, and fair-hiring practices, consistent with firm AI/ML governance and risk management standards.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for process management utilizing firm-approved capabilities and platforms (including proprietary tools and approved third-party solutions, as applicable) in alignment with firm third-party controls and governance.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency).
