Site Engineer

Junior Site Engineer – Mumbai (Western Suburbs)
Nishit Sanghavi – Architects, Engineers & PMC is looking for a proactive Junior Site Engineer (0–2 years of experience) to join our team. You will work across multiple project sites, monitoring progress and ensuring work is executed as per approved plans and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Visit multiple sites regularly and report on project status and progress
Verify site dimensions, levels and alignment against approved plans
Check that work carried out on site matches approved drawings and specifications
Prepare site inspection reports, measurement records and photo documentation
Identify deviations or discrepancies and flag them promptly to the senior team
Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors and consultants for day-to-day execution
Assist in maintaining site records to support approval and compliance processes
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
0–2 years of experience in site supervision or construction (freshers are welcome)
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Working knowledge of site measurement, basic surveying and quality checks
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
Good communication and reporting skills
Willingness to travel between sites within Mumbai
