ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, tracking business performance, and supporting financial decision-making.
The role will provide practical exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from different sources
• Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and presentations
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models
• Conduct variance analysis to identify differences between actual and planned performance
• Research market and industry trends relevant to business performance
• Assist in analyzing business and investment-related data
• Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present financial insights
• Support the team in making data-driven financial recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial analysis and findings
ELIGIBILITY
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong interest in financial analysis, business finance, and data-driven decision-making
• Willingness to learn and work on practical finance projects
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling is preferred
• Understanding of financial statements is an advantage
• Good research and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
