Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)
Pay: $50,000 - $60,000
Schedule: Flexible based on your availability - Schedule can be adjusted based on candidate availability and program needs. Evening availability is preferred but not required.
Overview
Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is opening a new female residential behavioral health facility in Cranberry Township, PA and is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team.

Position Summary
The Mental Health Professional provides therapeutic services, behavioral health support, treatment planning, and clinical interventions for youth in a residential setting. Working under appropriate clinical supervision, this role helps adolescents develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and achieve treatment goals within a structured therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions
Provide individual and group therapy services
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes
Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources
Support the safety and structure of the residential environment
Participate in therapeutic activities and programming
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Attend staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
Qualifications
Required:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or behavioral health populations
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment teamUnderstanding of trauma-informed care and behavioral health interventions
Preferred:
Licensed Associate (LAPC, LSW, AMLFT) or actively working toward Pennsylvania clinical licensure
Experience in residential treatment, inpatient, partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient settings\
Experience facilitating individual, group, or family interventions
Knowledge of adolescent mental health, trauma, and behavioral disorders
Requirements
