Job Responsibilities:
Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, respectful, and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
Lesson Implementation: Follow provided lesson plans to ensure continuity in learning, adapting as necessary to meet student needs.
Student Supervision: Oversee student activities and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day, including recess and transitions.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with school staff, administrators, and students to ensure smooth operations and continuity of instruction.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance records and track student progress or behavior as required.
Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to different subjects, grade levels, and student needs, often with little preparation time.
Behavior Management: Address student behavior issues promptly and fairly, following school policies and procedures.
Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude, respecting the school’s culture, policies, and community values.
