We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager who is ready for a highly visible position requiring the ability to interact with leaders and managers at all levels, evolve the existing program and has a strong ability to balance the department needs with the needs of the professional staff. As a Resource Manager, you will be a trusted advisor who provides balanced and practical advice around staff planning and management.
In this role you will support the Corporate Audit Chief Operating Officer and work with Corporate Audit leaders to manage resourcing and utilization across the Division, ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations, available at the right time. This role will be based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

What you will be responsible for
As Resource Manager, Vice President you will
Lead Corporate Audit’s capacity planning and workforce analysis to align resources with the audit plan and target operating model.
Oversee financial management for Corporate Audit, including budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring actual spend against budget.
Lead Corporate Audit’s resource scheduling program, including working collaboratively with audit leadership and audit teams to ensure effective deployment of talent across audits and strategic initiatives.
Manage third-party oversight, including sourcing, engagement oversight, utilization monitoring, and financial governance.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process of third-party resources and new hires to assist in the successful integration into audit teams.
Provide executive reporting and insights on headcount, staffing, workforce movements, contractor utilization, and resource capacity.
Facilitate, manage and report on Corporate Audit’s bi-annual conflicts attestation.
Manage Corporate Audit’s internship program to support talent development and workforce planning.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across resource management processes, reporting, and operating practices.

Strong project and program management experience
Strong data management skills, including Excel, PowerBI and other data management tools
Ability to plan and prioritize, multi task and manage a significant workload under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organization and time management skills
Ability to organize, analyze and summarize data from multiple sources
Strong leadership qualities, a good sense of judgment and a high degree of confidentiality
Proficient at negotiating and managing conflict
Confident at working independently and within a virtual team
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to clearly and professionally communicate with others
Ability to gain immediate credibility with senior staff and trust of all staff
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science/Arts, or equivalent.
10+ years professional experience, project management experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$110,000 - $188,750 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
