Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description:
Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Responsibilities include direct care staff scheduling (HHA and PCA), Ensures aide placement specific to patient’s needs and requests. Other responsibilities are taking incident and complain reports, making calls to new cases once a week using communication template.
Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED
Bilingual Spanish a MUST
Home care experience
Strong organization and computer skills
Excellent communication Skills
