2. About the Opportunity:
The Senior Frontend Engineer, Ads Creative role focuses on developing advanced advertiser tools that enhance campaign creation and performance on the platform. This position is responsible for designing and delivering complex frontend features that integrate AI-backed capabilities into intuitive interfaces. The role plays a crucial part in improving advertiser workflows by making sophisticated technologies accessible and effective.
3. Responsibilities:
Own technical design and delivery of complex frontend features within creative and recommendation workflows.
Translate AI-driven capabilities into user-friendly advertiser interfaces.
Collaborate with product and design teams to clarify ambiguous requirements and make informed tradeoffs.
Develop reusable frontend components supporting unified campaign creation.
Use instrumentation and experimentation to evaluate and iterate on experiences.
Enhance codebase quality through architecture, testing, observability, performance, and accessibility improvements.
Provide code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
Work cross-functionally with backend, data, and machine learning teams to deliver reliable end-to-end experiences.
4. Requirements:
Over 5 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React in production web applications.
Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude.
Proven ability to independently deliver complex frontend projects from design to launch.
Expertise in frontend architecture, state management, component design, testing, and API integration.
Experience building polished, usable, performant, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces.
Ability to navigate ambiguous product and technical challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplines.
Experience leveraging instrumentation, experimentation, or product metrics for improvement.
Commitment to improving engineering quality via code reviews, documentation, and mentorship.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range: $190,800 to $267,100 USD.
Eligibility for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
Potential eligibility for commission depending on the position.
