Chemical Operator job description:
Induct, load, and unload piece parts.
Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.
Clean electrical contacts as required.
Perform chemical dumps.
Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.
Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.
Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.
Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.
Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.
Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Must be able to read blueprints.

Additional information:
Starting pay rate: $20.90/hour + $1.00 night shift premium
Night Shift: M-TH, 8:00pm -6:00am
Successful candidates must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.

Summary Pay Range:
$20.90 - $27.10
