Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager
What Will You Contribute?
Finastra is seeking a Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager to design, build, and evolve scalable reporting, dashboarding, analytics, and insight-generation capabilities that help business and risk leaders make more informed decisions.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on advanced analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, reporting automation, and stakeholder-driven insights. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, risk, compliance, technology, and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, refine business questions, and translate data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and technically proficient reporting professional with a proven track record of delivering enterprise reporting solutions, influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights, and partnering across the organization to drive measurable business outcomes. This individual combines deep reporting and analytics expertise with strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities & Deliverables
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics, gather and validate requirements, refine business questions, and translate needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
Analyze business performance, risk indicators, and operational trends to identify opportunities, emerging risks, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, and business performance objectives.
Automate, optimize, and enhance recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, accuracy, timeliness, and user adoption.
Support the development and adoption of advanced analytics capabilities, including AI-enabled reporting, predictive insights, and intelligent automation.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of reporting through data validation, reconciliation, testing, quality assurance, and documentation standards.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to executives, business leaders, and non-technical stakeholders.
Build strong partnerships across business, technology, risk, compliance, audit, and other cross-functional teams to drive reporting maturity and continuous improvement.
Advance reporting and analytics capabilities by promoting trusted data standards, process optimization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven expertise designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and business intelligence solutions.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard architecture, performance optimization, and executive reporting.
Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and PostgreSQL, including data extraction, transformation, automation, analytical modeling, and reporting solutions.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into scalable analytical and reporting solutions.
Proven ability to analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and influence strategic and operational decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consultative influencing skills across all organizational levels.
Proven ability to operate independently in a highly visible individual contributor role while leading initiatives and influencing outcomes across teams.
Track record of delivering measurable business value through reporting innovation, process optimization, automation, and analytics-driven improvements.
Extensive experience ensuring data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy through validation, reconciliation, testing, quality assurance, and documentation practices.
Experience leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, AI-enabled reporting, machine learning, or intelligent automation capabilities.
Experience within risk management, enterprise risk, compliance, audit, third-party risk, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated environments strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in office requirement (Sandy Springs/Atlanta).
