Role Description:
Beacon Martech is looking for detail-oriented and motivated freshers to join our team as Research Analysts. The role involves working with prospect databases, reaching out to individuals and businesses to verify information, updating records, and maintaining accurate, reliable, and high-quality data to support business and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on prospect data files and existing databases to review and validate information.
Reach out to prospects via phone calls to verify contact details, company information, job titles, and other relevant data.
Identify missing, outdated, or inaccurate information and update records accordingly.
Maintain and regularly update databases to ensure high data accuracy and quality.
Conduct online research to identify and verify prospect and company information.
Follow established data validation procedures and maintain proper records of all interactions.
Coordinate with the teams to support lead generation and data management activities.
Qualifications:
Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet research.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain accurate records.
Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with business professionals.
Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
