Service Delivery Manager

Position Description
As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll combine hands-on operational leadership with commercial awareness, bringing teams, partners and stakeholders together to maintain resilient, high-quality services. You’ll have the freedom to turn service insight into meaningful improvements, strengthen operational performance and help new and changing services transition successfully into support. Working within an open and collaborative environment, you’ll be supported by CGI experts while having the autonomy to make decisions, challenge established approaches and develop creative solutions that improve service quality, efficiency and client outcomes.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
