Overnight Bellperson - Signia Hilton Indianapolis

Be part of the highly anticipated opening of Signia Hilton Indianapolis and help shape the guest experience from day one! We’re building our Guest Services team and are seeking an Overnight Bellperson to join us for this exciting new chapter.
As an Overnight Bellperson, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable stays and making a lasting first and final impression on every guest. From assisting with luggage to providing directions and local recommendations, you’ll be a welcoming and helpful presence throughout each guest’s stay.
Schedule: Overnight shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30AM. Days will vary based on business needs and operational demands. Flexibility is required, including weekends and holidays

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
