Forward-Deployed Engineer Intern

About The Role
Stackbinary builds AI, cloud and custom software for B2B clients and delivers most projects in about two weeks. As a forward-deployed engineer intern you own a slice of a live client project from the first week: the data model, the API, the interface and the deployment, with AI coding tools as part of how you work and a senior engineer reviewing every merge. The stack you know today does not matter. What matters is how fast you learn, how well you understand the pieces of a system, and whether you finish. This is on site five days a week in Kandivali East, Mumbai. It starts with a two-month paid trial at Rs 15,000 a month. Interns who clear the trial move to base pay plus variable pay tied to the projects they deliver. People on this plan have earned between Rs 35,000 and Rs 70,000 a month.
01What you will do
What You'll Do
Build features across the stack on client projects: database, backend, frontend, deployment
Pick up a new framework or language when a project needs it, with documentation and AI tools
Draw the architecture before you code it and explain the trade-offs in review
Debug production issues, write the fix and the test that proves it
Demo your work to the client with the team every week
What You'll Bring
At least one thing you built that other people actually used, with a link
Working knowledge of one backend and one frontend language, any of them
Understanding of how data moves through a system: requests, state, storage, failure
Comfort reading documentation and trying things before asking
Ability to work from Kandivali East five days a week from your start date
