FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our team in Chicago, IL! This is active, hands-on work that involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-end production equipment to help keep businesses operating at their best.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production print systems
Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure top performance
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
Document service activity clearly and accurately
Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
Complete online and in-person training programs to build technical expertise
Travel by car and plane to provide service support across multiple states
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined you enjoy working with your hands and problem-solving
Dependable and professional
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Willing and able to travel frequently to service customer sites
Comfortable working independently in customer environments after training
