Network Security Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Network Security Engineer | Fully Remote in Mexico 🇲🇽
We’re looking for a Network Security Engineer with strong energy, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset to join our team in a long-term position.
The most important thing is finding someone who is eager to investigate security risks, analyze firewall rules, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with different teams to drive remediation to completion.
Experience managing firewalls is highly valued.
🔐 What You’ll Do
Perform security analysis and reviews of firewall configurations and rules
Follow up with technical teams on security findings and remediation
Design, implement, and document enterprise network infrastructure
Assess existing technologies for performance, capacity, and security gaps
Configure and harden firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and other security devices
Review configuration compliance and identify configuration drift
Support vulnerability management, audits, and security monitoring
Analyze security threats and risks
Contribute to security automation and AI-driven security reviews
Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) activities
Provide recommendations to optimize network and security infrastructure

Network security configuration and hardening
VPN and firewall security management
Configuration compliance and control reviews
Configuration drift and risk remediation
Security automation and AI-driven reviews
Vulnerability management and audit support
Security monitoring and threat analysis
Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) support
Solid knowledge of routing protocols, network infrastructure, and security technologies
📍 Location: Fully Remote – Mexico 🇲🇽
