About the Role
Sabhyu Impex is looking for a Technology & Business Development Manager who can combine business understanding with technology, software, AI and automation to help build scalable systems and improve the overall efficiency and growth of the company.
We are looking for someone who does not only manage projects but can identify business problems, design technology-driven solutions, coordinate development and successfully implement them.
The ideal candidate should have a strong business mindset along with practical knowledge of website development, software systems, APIs, AI, automation, CRM/ERP and business analytics.
Key Responsibilities1. Website & Software Development
Manage the development, improvement and maintenance of company websites.
Understand business requirements and convert them into software requirements.
Plan and manage development of internal software, CRM, ERP and other business systems.
Coordinate with developers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
2. API & System Integration
Plan and manage API integrations between different business platforms.
Integrate systems such as website, CRM, WhatsApp, Meta, Google Sheets, accounting software and other business tools.
Ensure different departments and platforms can exchange data efficiently.
3. AI & Automation
Identify repetitive manual processes that can be automated.
Implement AI-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
Explore and implement AI tools, AI APIs, chatbots and intelligent workflows.
Use automation platforms and APIs to create efficient business processes.
4. Sales & Lead Automation
Build systematic lead-management processes from lead generation to sales follow-up.
Connect advertising platforms, CRM and sales systems.
Develop automated lead distribution, follow-up, reporting and tracking systems.
Help management understand lead quality, sales performance and conversion data.
5. Business Process & Data Management
Understand existing business processes across departments.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Create systems to bring data from different departments into a centralized and organized structure.
Develop dashboards, MIS reports and analytics systems for management.
6. Project Management
Plan technology projects from requirement gathering to final implementation.
Define project scope, timelines, priorities and deliverables.
Coordinate developers, designers, freelancers, agencies and technology vendors.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved.
7. Business Growth & Innovation
Identify new technology-driven opportunities for business growth.
Research new software, AI tools, APIs and automation technologies.
Suggest practical technology solutions to management.
Develop and implement systems that can improve sales, operations, productivity and scalability.
Think beyond existing processes and help the company build new technology-driven business capabilities.

Qualifications
MBA / B.Com / M.Com / Business Administration / Commerce background preferred.
Candidates with strong practical technology and business experience may also be considered.
3–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in software projects, digital transformation, automation or technology-driven business processes will be an advantage.
