Who we are
AI for Happiness is a Berlin start-up building SAPIO, an AI platform wirh personalised AI coaching tools for performance and wellbeing, grounded in CBT, ACT and positive psychology. Our mission: we create personalised AI that helps people grow in performance and wellbeing, in the ways and moments that matter. SAPIO is already running in pilots with a university in Germany and a global corporate team in Southeast Asia.
Who we're looking for
You work in HR, L&D, People & Culture, Talent or Employee Wellbeing at an organisation with 50+ employees
You're the person colleagues come to when something new is worth trying — and you like being early
You can greenlight a small pilot yourself, or open the door to the person who can
What the pilot looks like
6–8 weeks, with a group of 20–50 employees you choose (e.g. new managers, a high-pressure team, new joiners)
About 2–3 hours of your time in total: kickoff, mid-point check-in, results session
We handle onboarding, employee support and evaluation
GDPR-compliant, with anonymised, aggregated reporting only
Free of charge during the pilot, with no obligation to continue

Early influence on the product — your feedback shapes the roadmap
Founding-partner pricing if you decide to roll out further
