About the Role:
As an Email Retention Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our customer retention and lifecycle strategies. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of high-impact email and SMS campaigns, crafting personalized customer journeys that build lasting brand loyalty and boost Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
We’re looking for a data-driven strategist and creative builder who thrives on testing, optimizing, and scaling lifecycle programs across multiple channels- including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty initiatives. Working closely with our Site Experience, Creative and Brand teams, you will turn data insights into innovative customer experiences while ensuring flawless execution, QA, and regulatory compliance. Campaign-based sends and vendor initiatives are executed smoothly, with clear documentation, clean QA, and dependable follow-through
