Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve software development practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
Experience in customizing and integrating SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their translation into software functionalities.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM modules effectively.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
Capability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
