Job Description
Candidate should have 12+ years of experience Service Delivery
Experience in coordinating with Customer, Suppliers and other stakeholders
MIS reports handling experience
Sound knowledge and Experience in the site management
Knowledge of radio base station and work experience in Cell site deployment
Experience in cell site validation and understand the requirements
Proactive skills required to manage various situations
Understanding of Field engineer scheduling and manage site visits
Experience in supervising team members’ work and providing support on queries.
KPI management such as SLA
Periodic update to customers is key activity/responsibility
Constantly monitor and report on project progress and status to all stakeholders
Experience in managing international customer
Conflict management
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
A good team player & good customer experience
Knowledge of PEGA, ORMT, Remedy
