Project and Data Support Analyst

The Project and Data Support Analyst applies experience solving consulting problems for Federal clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment on a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have 0 to 3 years of relevant experience. They are critical thinkers, able to sift through quantitative and qualitative data to draw out key insights and trends, and are effective communicators/presenters. Candidates will collect, organize, and analyst large data sets, supporting complex projects.
Arc Aspicio is currently operating in a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely - depending on client, contract, and company needs. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.
Responsibilities
Work on client projects - taking full ownership of tasks and workstreams that contribute to the overall project goals and delivering high-quality solutions
Collect, clean, organize large datasets, giving structure to data from different intake channels
Synthesize and analyze data from quantitative and qualitative data (interviews, surveys, focus groups), and identify takeaways, challenges, and recommendations for clients
Develop data visualizations for priority initiatives and support the development of dashboards
Document business processes, identify improvements, present solutions to clients, and implement solutions to achieve mission results
Work closely with clients and teams to build on team and company knowledge to speed up the process for identifying innovative, yet practical solutions
Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission/business while maintaining an excellent attention to detail, finding ways to exceed client expectations
Contribute to company service areas beyond just the project to build new skills and help the company grow by developing our capabilities
Contribute to our company culture, which promotes collaboration, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
Required Qualifications
0 to 3 years of relevant experience
Clearance: Due to Federal contract and/or regulatory requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens only. This position does not offer employer sponsorship
Currently holds or has the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) required
Experience in large, complex Federal government or other nationwide programs with a preferred focus on human capital is a plus
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative data
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities including critical thinking, information seeking, and collaboration
Direct experience with clients and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex environment
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools like SharePoint
Willingness to embrace ambiguity on large, complex projects and create innovative solutions in collaboration with the team and client
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to different locations

Total Rewards: Salary is just one element of our Total Rewards which includes compensation, benefits, bonuses, professional development, and other career opportunities. The projected salary range for this position is $57,000 - $67,000. This range takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets and expertise, experience, education, training, certifications, contract and client requirements (if applicable), and other business and organizational needs. At Arc Aspicio, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
