ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Student Analyst to join our team serving children and families throughout the Clearwater area. This position is ideal for RBTs who are actively pursuing BCBA certification — you'll provide services across local schools and home settings while receiving dedicated practicum supervision and increased opportunities to accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward certification.
As a Student Analyst, you'll work closely with our BCBA team not only to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, but also to build the clinical and leadership skills needed for your path to becoming a BCBA — all within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization that invests directly in your growth.

Clinical Support & Growth Opportunities

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings
Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA
Collect and accurately document session data in real-time
Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skills
Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes
Support skill generalization across multiple environments
Actively accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification
Where You'll Work
School-Based Services
Support students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Home-Based Services
Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.

Qualifications
Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
Currently enrolled in (or planning to enroll in) an ABA/BCBA-track graduate program, or otherwise pursuing BCBA
certification
Experience working with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings
Reliable transportation for travel between home/school cases
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Passion for providing ethical, person-centered ABA services
