Position Summary
As our Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and hourly/production roles, with a core focus on sourcing talent for spacecraft and satellite programs. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical and production needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a recruiting experience that reflects our mission and values.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally energized by sourcing a passive candidate for a hard-to-fill satellite engineering role, coordinating a high-volume hiring push for production technicians, and helping build out repeatable recruiting processes as the team grows.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting
Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and hourly/production roles
Source and engage passive and active talent for spacecraft and satellite-related positions
Manage candidate pipelines from intake through offer and closing
Support high-volume hourly and manufacturing hiring needs, including scheduling and coordinating large candidate pools
Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience throughout the process
Partner with Hiring Managers
Conduct intake meetings to align on role requirements and evaluation criteria
Provide market insights and sourcing updates to inform hiring decisions
Help facilitate interview debriefs and support timely decision-making
Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Build Talent Pipelines & Employer Brand
Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines for future openings
Build relationships within the aerospace, satellite, and manufacturing communities
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Represent the company at relevant industry or community events, as needed
Support Recruiting Excellence
Help maintain and improve recruiting processes and best practices
Track recruiting data and pipeline metrics to inform hiring strategy
Support consistent and fair interview and evaluation practices
Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate quality
What You Bring
1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing passive talent
Experience recruiting for spacecraft, satellite, or related aerospace programs
Experience with manufacturing and/or hourly/high-volume recruiting
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and priorities at once
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume or start up environment
Familiarity with passive sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a mix of technical and hourly/manufacturing hiring
Comfortable working in a regulated or export-controlled hiring environment (or willingness to learn)
Direct experience sourcing for spacecraft, satellite, or aerospace-related roles
Experience working with Greenhouse Recruiting ATS or similar
Experience facilitating campus, recruiting, and /or WorkSource events
